Lindex bucks the trend, pushing fashion over promotion

DigitasLBi partnered with Lindex in order to drive their digital marketing transformation. This week Lindex has launched the new Lindex shopping app, which marks the first fruit of this digital partnership. The app goes beyond giving users the ability to just browse and buy, by providing them with a simple and inspirational tool that gives each customer with a more personalized shopping experience.

For instance, the app’s barcode functionality blurs the line between online and offline shopping, allowing customers to scan garment tags to find size, colour, availability and other details.

The app also ticks all of the boxes customers expect nowadays; everything is shoppable including the Instagram feed, offers are easy to find and members can quickly see their points and update details. It is simple, easy, personal and, gives the user more control over the shopping experience.
