Department Summary

At DigitasLBi the Client Services team build relationships with clients, partners and colleagues to deliver great work. To do that we focus on four C’s:

Role Summary

We’re on the hunt for an inspiring and energeticSenior Account Manager.You’ll have great integrated experience and brilliant relationship skills – perfect for working on the high profile direct advertising account atDigitasLBi.

You will be working on integrated creative campaigns, including a mix of online and offline components, with great clients that consider us an extension of their team and work collaboratively. That’s why you’ll be instrumental in strategically evolving campaigns and programmes of activity with the planning and client teams.

The nature of the business is fast-paced and exciting and requires an experienced SAM who is driven, adaptable and capable of delivering campaigns. You’ll also feel comfortable taking ownership of the client relationships, from brief to end delivery, including managing the project managers responsible for delivery.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop solid business relationships with clients through regular and pro-active contact.
  • Management of the day-to-day client activities to the high standard expected from clients.
  • Liaise closely with planning to understand strategic goals and the competitive environment.
  • Deliver strategic solutions and innovative concepts to campaign deliverables.
  • Encourage creative teams to develop work in line with required strategic direction.
  • Accountable for high-quality project delivery to agreed deadlines.
  • Actively contribute to all meetings attended, with support from the AD, both internally and externally.
  • Attend regular client status meetings and manage status and contact reports.
  • Effective communication, with attention to detail and accuracy in all communications.
  • Follow agency protocol on finance, making sure estimates, approvals, POs and invoicing are completed on your projects.
  • Provide on-going support and training to junior team members to help them achieve their objectives.
  • Look to the future with clients and ADs to plan the implementation of the planned campaigns.
  • To be up-to-date on trends and platforms, and equipped with creativity and innovative ideas.

Experience Guidelines:

  • Graduate calibre with min 3-4 years agency experience.
  • Good understanding of the agency, planning, creative and production processes.
  • Highly organised and able to manage workload effectively.
  • Ambitious, fun, adaptable, confident and self-motivated.
  • Maturity in relating and interacting with people at all levels.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Degree or equivalent
