As a Paid Media Manager you will be responsible for developing paid media strategies and delivering KPI’s that support our clients’ goals and objectives.
As a part of the media team you will be working on some of the biggest brands in the Nordics such as Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group and SAS Airlines. You will have ample opportunity to make your own contribution into the direction of DigitasLBi’s paid media offering, and the ambitious standards we set for our clients.

  • Develop strategic plans and execute the global paid media marketing activities across a number of accounts and markets
    • Manage the day-to-day activities across paid media channels (e.g. Google, Bing), including campaigns planning, implementation, budget management, performance review and optimization
    • Identify and understand the clients’ needs and develop local and global paid media strategies and corresponding KPI’s
    • Stay updated on new products, features and opportunities on the different paid media platforms 
    • Prepare performance reports and host status meetings with clients 


  • You have +3 years paid search campaign management and optimization experience (Google Adwords, Bing)
  • You have proven ability in managing international paid search accounts
  • You have experience with search management platforms, such as Marin Software and DoubleClick Search
  • You are experienced managing multiple PPC campaigns that drive transactional e-commerce sales in a B2C market, and you have a deep understanding of performance targets such as ROI, CPA, CVR, etc. 
    • You are an experienced web analytics user with knowledge of Google Analytics or Omniture Sitecatalyst
  • You feel comfortable communicating both verbally and written in English. Native Norwegian will be considered an advantage.
