At DigitasLBi the Client Services team build relationships with clients, partners and colleagues to deliver great work. To do that we focus on four C’s:
One of our most valued clients is Sky, we’ve been an incumbent agency for them for almost 20 years. They’re massively important to us – as we are to them. Our 30 plus account team are truly an extension of their business.
We’re on the hunt for an inspiring and energetic Senior Account Manager. You’ll have great integrated experience and brilliant relationship skills – perfect for working on the high profile direct advertising account at DigitasLBi.
You will be working on integrated creative campaigns, including a mix of online and offline components, with great clients that consider us an extension of their team, and work collaboratively. That’s why you’ll be instrumental in strategically evolving campaigns and programmes of activity with the planning and client teams.
The nature of the business is fast paced and exciting, and requires an experienced SAM who is driven, adaptable and capable of delivering campaigns. You’ll also feel comfortable taking ownership of the client relationships, from brief to end delivery, including managing the project managers responsible for delivery.
