Delivery Management manages projects from kick-off to delivery on time, on budget, and on brief. Delivery Management is everyone’s go to place for the project. Clients and internal team members rely on you for everything they need to know about a project: what to expect, what to do next, and where they need to be.
You will have a fascination about all things digital. You want to know how things work and you are always on the look-out for new tools, services and ways of doing things.
Being a good Digital Project Manager requires a diverse mix of skills and experience. And to be effective you need to be more than just organised and a good communicator. The ability to prioritise, keeping calm and focused, being able to let go, not assume too much, being approachable and having a passion for Digital are all things that when combined together make for an awesome Project Manager. Oh, and it helps to have a sense of humour too!
✦ is responsible for setting strategic direction for the portfolio team, defining and implementing standards and processes, managing project management resources across a broad portfolio of accounts, and successfully implementing recovery for project crisis situations. You will have a proven ability to successfully deliver the largest projects/programmes (30+ team members, £3m+ revenue). You have strong consulting skills and you build strong relationships with all parts of the business to define viable approaches/methodologies in line with relevant industry standards and best practices.
