Right now we are looking to bring on an Analytics Director with a CRM focus – someone who has the ability to take ownership, lead and develop our customer data capabilities.

As the Analytics Director you will have 2 key roles; evolve our customer data capabilities and then be the face, front and evangelist of these.

You will be working with a world-class digital data and analytics team, we are looking to grow our customer data expertise including evolving our data strategy offering, establishing our capabilities in database hosting and developing our analytical and operational production.

Whilst we anticipate that the majority of this role will be focussed on CRM, it’s expected that the successful applicant will also work closely alongside data leads from other areas of DigitasLBi to evolve a cohesive data offering across media, platforms and CRM.

What you’ll be doing

  • Lead, direct and grow the team
  • Design the process to drive insights from all forms of first party data, increasingly by use of 2nd and 3rd party data to enrich our understanding of customers at an individual, behavioural level
  • Create data-first loyalty and CRM strategies that change business results
  • Provide thought leadership around the changing data landscape, convergence, big data, implications, GDPR etc.
  • Offer a consultancy approach to data structure, architecture, management and storage solutions etc.
  • Work closely with our technology team to ensure our data strategy operates across media, platform and CRM functions
  • Integrate with our data science and analytics teams to manage the execution and delivery of the Customer Data strategies recommended for best-in-class output
  • Educate and the expanded data team on CRM practices to expand and enhance customer data strategies

What you’ll bring

  • 7+ years of business experience in marketing, strategy, operations, and leadership
  • Evolved an agency’s point of view and approach to customer data
  • Leading large scale complex data-driven programmes
  • Exceptional management experience of not only running but growing a successful data driven team
  • Experience of working with the major technology platforms (e.g. Adobe Campaign, Eloqua, Salesforce ExactTarget, Marketo)
