WE are the Experience Design team at DigitasLBi, and we are looking for a Lead Experience Designer to join us. We create digital products and experiences that are designed to become a part of people’s lives, that solve their problems, and that bring delight. We are made up of folks with skills in visual design, UX, interaction design, content strategy, creative technology, mountain biking, pickling, needlepoint, and so on.
YOU want to create digital/physical/virtual products and experiences that make people take notice. You've done it before with scrappy teams of three, or with armies of talent. You might have a title like XD, VisD, UX or some such thing. (You hate titles.) You've got technical proficiency, but know that style and taste are equally important. Therefore, you have really good style and taste.
