Talent Acquisition Specialist – Freelance Recruitment
DigitasLBi and SapientRazorfish are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive their freelance and contract hiring in the French market. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Freelance Recruitment you will use your in-depth knowledge of the digital / consulting markets in France to deliver high quality professionals at all levels while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Freelance Recruitment our focus will be the sourcing, screening and full life cycle recruiting for across multiple domains for both DigitasLBi and SapientRazorfish. The ideal candidate will have experience of recruiting for skills across Project Management, Creative / User Experience, Data, Client Services, and Business Consulting, however some experience of recruiting for Technical skill sets is essential.
