Client Director


ou are a business partner with strategic understanding of the client’s brand, its business, consumers and what’s next.

As well as being a personality at the agency, you are in your element walking the halls at the client, knowing them personally and frequently interacting with key stakeholders, understanding any issues and being able to turn them into tangible briefs or to proactively come back and inspire them.

You are confident and can easily present and workshop with clients. You know your course-adjust depending on audience’s level of marketing or advertising nous. You are one the most respected client service person within the agency because of your way of leading people and clients as well as balance our clients’ needs with our agencies agenda to become an integrated marketing expert.


To be a valued member of CS you need two key qualities. You must be talented, and you must be nice to work with. Your ambition, curiosity, chemistry and personality are key elements for success

  • Has excellent knowledge of digital, business transformation, marketing and brand development.
  • Excellent creative briefs (written and delivery to teams)
  • Strong understanding of commercials
  • Proven track record in developing client relationships at C-level
  • Comfortable speaking from a position of knowledge to clients and the industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills to be able to open up dialogue with new partners and third parties
  • Excellent writing skills, English and Swedish.
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, able to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Analysis skills – able to interpret data
  • Leadership by example
  • Ability to be able to effectively manage, train and develop any team members under supervision
  • Experienced in leading and developing senior teams.
  • 6-10 years’ experience with digital in an agency setting. Preferable within a large agency network alternative have strong experience from client side.
  • An academic degree in marketing, business or equivalent (BSc/MSc).
