UX Lead


The opportunity


We’re looking for a Lead User Experience (UX) Designer to join our User Experience practice.

Working in our multi-award winning Creative department, we need a UX specialist to craft engaging, simple and enjoyable experiences for people through an empathetic, rational and user-centric focused way of working.

In the role you’ll need to have a holistic, versatile mindset, proven team lead experience and be able to apply UX/CX principles that look and feel like no other.


What you'll be doing


As a Lead UX Designer you will be heavily involved in driving design strategy, planning projects and taking a hands-on approach to design.

You’ll lead and work collaboratively alongside an extraordinary team of fellow designers, writers and strategists. 

You’ll have a unique opportunity to work on a variety of interesting projects that span the entire spectrum of branded experience and creative tech: Apps, services, websites and campaigns.

You’ll be involved in planning, researching, ideating, sketching, prototyping and making beautiful, impactful work for brands and people.

You won’t be satisfied until your craft shines through in the finished product – from stunning surface to satisfying core. And you’ll be responsible for ensuring the work of others meets these high standards.

You’ll gain valuable experience on a wide range of projects and client sectors, from travel and automotive to finance and health.


What you should bring


You are adept in all aspects of the craft from user research and testing, journey mapping, user flows, information architecture, interaction design and prototyping.

You should have a portfolio showing proven experience working on a range of customer facing, end-to-end experiences. You should strive to raise the bar in your ideas and approach

You’ll need a discerning eye for detail and be versatile enough to adapt your design process according to project needs and timeframes.

We need someone that can see the bigger picture and understand how an individual digital experience works as part of a larger customer experience ecosystem.

You should have experience leading projects and small teams. Overseeing the work of others, and confident presenting to clients and colleagues. 

We'd love it if you had...


Expertise in a particular industry or sector such as banking, e-commerce or healthcare.


Some exposure to leading projects or helping to plan or set direction.


Experience designing for mobile devices or non-screen based projects.
