DigitasLBi launches next-generation global connected commerce offering

London, UK: Global marketing and technology agency DigitasLBi is launching DigitasLBi Commerce, a next-generation connected commerce offering designed to help businesses thrive in the multichannel world.

DigitasLBi Commerce will provide brands with 360-degree connected commerce experiences spanning multiple devices at every stage of the customer journey - from acquisition through to conversion and loyalty.

The new division will specialise in platform implementation, systems integration, application support and managed services. These skills will be combined with DigitasLBi’s core brand building, experience design, content creation and distribution capabilities to create a world-leading connected commerce offering.

Comprising over 1,000 specialists, DigitasLBi Commerce will operate on a global scale with hubs in North America, the UK, France, Nordics, Germany and Asia Pacific. It will leverage 6,700 DigitasLBi colleagues across 40 offices in 26 countries to create highly targeted connected commerce experiences that resonate with people wherever they are the world.

DigitasLBi Commerce will be led by George Brandie and Jim Herbert, founding partners of Sceneric, the multi-channel commerce specialist acquired by DigitasLBi in 2012. Jon Russell, Global Head of Managed Services and Application Support will also join the leadership team, integrating these services into the proposition. Brandie, Herbert and Russell will report directly to Ewen Sturgeon, Chief Executive, International, DigitasLBi.
