Overview

As a dedicated Project Manager, you need to deciphering scope for a project, costing for it, and having a project plan that details key milestones internally and for clients. It doesn’t end there, as the role entails ensuring that through the project lifespan, the work is being delivered as per the timelines and budget allocated. An average day may include organizing internal stand-ups for all colleagues working on a project, writing scopes/budgets for a new brief, working with the account management team to brief or review creative and delivering updates to clients –

Skills & Experience

Project management - Timelines, Scope and Budget management

  • Be able to create and manage timelines
  • Be able to compose scope of work documents and manage internal team to gather details on activities and deliverables
  • Be able to manage the scope and burndown
  • Be able to create project controls such as WIP status reports, RACIs etc

Client facing - be confident and able to manage clients and expectations

  • Manage client to obtain assets and clear roadblocks for internal production teams
  • Work with partner creative, media, and production agencies to obtain assets to support our production delivery

Production

  • Manage internal creative teams to produce digital assets such as banners, eDMs, videos
  • Plan and manage video production house for pre, prod and post production lifecycle activities
  • Work with video production house and creative to plan delivery activities, timelines and milestones

Desirable

  • 3-5 years of experience - mandatory from a digital advertising setting
  • Pro-active, self-thinker who has a desire to get stuck in and help run projects
  • Great communicator both internally and externally
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Very comfortable in working with Microsoft word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Clear understanding of digital production
  • Extremely detail oriented and organized
  • Strong organization skills
  • Remains calm under pressure
  • Ability to multitask
  • Naturally collaborative
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, Google Docs and process planning tools
  • A working knowledge of MSProject/Basecamp/Trello or other process flow tools
