The Technology department is the heart of the DLBi organization. It is responsible for all stages of development, deployment and operations such as hosting, testing and Managed Services for our clients.
The primary task of the Service Coordinator is to help and support the Managed Service department in order to provide the best service to our international clients.
You will be responsible for bringing the right service towards our clients, streamline the incoming requests, monitor the services and report about the results.
You will uphold a direct relation with the assigned clients. You are responsible for implementing the latest standards, training the involved client staff in our methods and act as the primary point of contact. On a day to day basis you will work together with the client, Service operation management, Manager Hosting, Account managers and Team leads of the various development departments. You report to the Service Operations Manager.
You work with other project development disciplines such as Creation, Front & Back-end developers, partners, both local and international, external vendors and advisors and acts according company standards and values. You are keen on keeping his own skills up to speed and invests time in innovative developments and makes sure this knowledge is shared amongst the team and the company.
