Overview

Sr. Associate - Human Resources, Company Life

We're searching for a Sr. Associate of Human Resources who loves to succeed in an environment fueled by creativity, innovation and continuous evolution. This HR Sr. Associate is the "go to" person for shaping and driving company culture in our Chicago office and should always be thinking about ways to support our employees in their pursuit of the best work in the industry.

Responsibilities include:

  • Drive multiple and concurrent projects of varying complexity that connect and engage employees from diverse backgrounds and experiences
  • Implement professional development opportunities across all groups and levels through education and training programs
  • Partner with DigitasLBi's Employee Resource Groups; Support new groups with tools, resources and development opportunities
  • Lead service and volunteer initiatives, including coordination of our annual Community Service Day
  • Plan quarterly all-staff meetings and other corporate events
  • Manage DigitasLBi's participation in multiple "best workplace"
  • award competitions
  • Partner with HR team to execute ad hoc projects to promote a high performance culture

Job Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 2-5 years of experience, including project management and/or event planning
  • Ideal candidates will have previous experience developing or implementing innovative talent engagement strategies that drive productivity, build company culture, and inspire employees
  • Strong project management skills required
  • Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a high energy, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent analytical, problem resolution and decision making skills. Adaptability, flexibility, and ability to make the best decision under pressure.
  • High degree of focus on corporate business/culture needs, customer satisfaction and quality orientation
  • Excellent collaboration and team building skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point; Use of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat
  • Candidate must be open to travel as needed
