Senior Analyst – Technology

What you’ll do:

As Senior Analyst of Technology, you’llsupport the managers and engineers through project lifecycles, ensuring that projects meet client, department and corporate standards. Day to day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and maintaining functional, business and technical requirements
  • Keeping up with emerging technologies and how they can shape the direction of the business
  • Proactively identifying and resolving technical issues
  • Evaluating and selecting 3rd party vendors and participating in the staffing process
  • Partnering with your technical lead to ensure high quality and timely development and delivery
  • Ensuring that personal utilization and billability meet organization standards
  • Working closely with the project team to determine daily project status
  • Partnering with QA to manage the overall quality assurance execution
  • Provide technology insights and recommendations to clients
  • Clearly and effectively communicating across departments

We’re looking for a talented Senior Analyst who’s also a delight to work with, which usually includes:

  • A four-year degree (Computer Science or equivalent preferred)
  • 2 to 4 years of web programming, management or comparable experience, including 1 to 2 years of leadership in a technical or cross-functional team, preferably at a creative agency
  • Deep familiarity with the digital environment
  • Willingness to travel as needed – you’re open to new places, new faces and new ideas
  • Project Management Certification (preferred) and knowledge of QA processes and conventions
  • Understanding of project management methodologies, e.g., Scrum and Waterfall
  • Clear communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Understanding of business and technical processes and how they effectively drive solutions
  • Strong time management and the ability to be nimble in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to break down tasks so they can easily be delegated to other team members
