Overview

Senior Product Manager – Strategy & Analytics

DigitasLBi is seeking a Senior Product Manager, Strategy & Analytics, with a background in big data, cross-channel media, and/or online advertising application development to help lead our data-driven insights, media planning and activation product. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the SVP, Head of Product Development on setting product direction, defining requirements, developing pricing, and managing product launches
  • Work closely with media team, account leads, strategy & analytics leadership, senior management, as well as a cross-functional agile development team
  • Function as the product owner of a cross-functional agile development team. Responsibilities include specifying business requirements, prioritizing user stories, and supporting development
  • Maintain the product roadmap, inclusive of data partnerships, product features, algorithm development, and implementation
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders. Analyze and understand customer and user requirements, their strategies, and their goals
  • Identify key market adoption milestones and manage team to accomplish those milestones
  • Assist in creating training materials and product collateral
  • Track and implement key beta clients
  • Provide input on prospective data partners and implement partnerships within the product      Support global rollout of the product
  • Define and drive extension of the product as a managed service or platform, in conjunction with strategic directives
  • Present product vision to company executives and across functions within company
  • Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with 2+ years in one or more of these domains:
  • big data, online advertising/media, media planning tools, cross-channel media, web app development
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to details and problem solving experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills to support interaction with virtual global teams and in a matrix organization
  • Dynamic, detail oriented, fast learning capacity and ability to work in a complex, high pressure environment
  • Experience working in an agile development environment
  • Certified Scrum Master or Product Owner background a plus
  • Experience working in an agency or consultancy environment a plus
  • Bachelor or equivalent degree; Master’s Degree preferred  Some Travel required
