Right now, we’re searching for a whip smart Vice President/Director, Data & Analysis who’ll lead the team in bringing that transformation to life – someone who can stand up as an excellent leader in aligning strategy with a client’s business goals and objectives. They’ll direct ongoing client engagements in order to consistently exceed client expectations and strengthen their overall DigitasLBi relationship. Sound like you? Read on.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Convince clients of the value of strategic services to their business, helping them define needs and potential solutions
  • Play an active role in new client acquisition and new business pitches
  • Identify new opportunities and establish relationships with prospective clients
  • Participate in or lead several new business initiatives simultaneously
  • Develop frameworks and methodologies for approaching major strategic issues, leveraging existing Digitas intellectual capital and developing innovative concepts
  • Provide methodological support, coaching and training to staff
  • Foster a team environment and play an active role in hiring new team members

To qualify, you’ll need:

  • Four year degree (with a business focus such as Marketing, Statistics, or Economics)
  • Master’s degree or advanced degree (required)
  • 10-12 years of business experience in marketing consulting, advertising or interactive
  • Proven leadership ability with strong client relationship skills
  • Strong familiarity with the digital environment and in aligning marketing strategies with business needs
  • Experience managing and coordinating multiple strategic projects across internal teams and client relationships
  • In-depth knowledge of integrated marketing, media, and CRM disciplines (including primary research, segmentation, targeting, direct marketing and customer care)
  • Exceptional written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Candidate must be open to travel as needed
