DigitasLBi and SapientRazorfish are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive their freelance and contract hiring in the French market. As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Freelance Recruitment you will use your in-depth knowledge of the digital / consulting markets in France to deliver high quality professionals at all levels while guiding hiring managers and candidates through the selection process.

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for Freelance Recruitment our focus will be the sourcing, screening and full life cycle recruiting for across multiple domains for both DigitasLBi and SapientRazorfish. The ideal candidate will have experience of recruiting for skills across Project Management, Creative / User Experience, Data, Client Services, and Business Consulting, however some experience of recruiting for Technical skill sets is essential.

Responsibilities for the Talent Acquisition Specialist include:

  • Source top-level freelance / contract talent using both traditional and creative recruiting methods
  • Leverage recruiting resources including online, networking, and headhunting of contacts to help identify qualified candidates
  • Maintain proper procedures with in-house Applicant Tracking System to track and record all candidates and requisitions
  • Create and foster relationships with colleagues and diverse professional organisations to attract and recruit passive candidates, alumni and diversity candidates
  • Review resumes and credentials for appropriate skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position
  • Screen and evaluate contract candidates
  • Build talent pools in key disciplines – Technology, Programme Management, Creative / User Experience and Business Consulting
  • Create and present pre-screening questions to hiring managers for collaboration and approval
  • Manage and coordinate all communication with candidates
  • Organise, lead and document post-interview debrief / feedback with interview teams and candidates
  • Extend offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines of the compensation policy
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager’s interactions, and other recruiting activities in compliance with company SOX standards
  • Work cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities
  • Visit hiring-managers to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and use that understanding to help candidates fully understand opportunities
  • Treat all candidates with respect, ever mindful of word-of-mouth PR for the company, keeping a positive buzz “on the street” about SapientRazorfish and DigitasLBi

Ideally you’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Be able to demonstrate experience in full lifecycle recruiting specific to the freelance / contract digital industry
  • Ideally you will have hired candidates for Technology and Project Management skill sets
  • In depth knowledge of full lifecycle recruiting including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, wage and salary trends, and relationship management
  • Must be able to manage their own time, handling multiple roles at any given time in a fast paced team environment
  • Strong French and English writing, and oral communication skills are required
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions Technology, Project Management, Creative / User Experience, Strategy, Business Consulting, and Data Analytics
  • Demonstrated ability to function / recruit on a national, multi-location level
  • Capacity to travel as required, including willingness to attend industry events
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Strong initiative and a focus on always providing a solution
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures
  • Must be able to quickly take on board technical information and build solutions to the optimal balance of meeting business needs and operating within financial resource constraints
  • Strong negotiation skills
