Overview

Senior Associate – Project Management

an effective digital PM with a passion for the creative process and emerging technologies who can produce world-class interactive experiences for our clients. You’ll manage dynamic digital activations and integrated campaigns for Fortune 500 clients. Our project work includes site design and development, digital and social media campaigns, digital partnership activations and promotions, eCommerce and CMS implementations, CRM programs and branded entertainment and content. As a Senior Associate, you will execute the plans that allow our teams to create exciting work and endeavor to make the work better. To succeed, you will need to be a creative advocate, have a passion for technology, maintain a deep project management toolkit, and exude excellent communication skills.

Tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Produce dynamic digital or multimedia experiences and engagements
  • Partner with team members to plan, scope and produce great work
  • Help guide multi-disciplinary teams in producing great work in the smartest way possible
  • Plan for, manage and mitigate risk
  • Proactively manage project tasks
  • Facilitate collaboration
  • Document best practices
  • Advocate for the creative process
  • Balance the needs of clients and internal teams
  • Active and articulate participant in internal meetings
  • Can lead and effective and efficient discussion
  • Can provide instruction in a clear, concise manner backed by needed documentation
  • Develop day-to-day internal relationships that enable strong partnerships

To qualify, you’ll need:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of modern digital deliverables, capabilities and processes
  • 2-4 years of experience in digital or multi-channel programs
  • Strong Web Technologies knowledge
  • Experience working with Agile and Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to help mobilize teams to meet common goals
  • Creative or technical agency experience desired
  • Four year degree
