We worked with Volvo to build a platform around the thought of "designed around you." With 75% of visitors to volvocars.com claiming that the configurator is the most important section of the site, with 1 million started configurations per month, we wanted to make the configurator experience a seamless process wherever the user chooses to get to know the Volvo products.
We developed an innovative platform flexible enough to span campaigns, product presentations, community sections, a car configurator and social media channels. The platform recognises each visitor’s behaviour and presents them with relevant, compelling messaging, creating a useful and beautiful experience all around.
Volvo’s new digital experience was successfully launched in 36 languages, across 80 markets – and welcomes more than 60 million visitors a year.
