DigitasLBi was challenged to build a new and modern digital content platform at the Belgian National Lottery.
Main project insights were :
- Build a centralized hub in their fragmented digital ecosystem
- Involve audience in content storytelling
- Enhance brands reputation
- Drive traffic to their e-commerce e-lotto website
- Integrate new branding and UX design from incumbing agency
After a functional and technical assessment exercise, Sitecore CEP was selected as the technology platform.
We have set up the new platform, build a framework around the CMS to allow for additional easy drag and drop editing functionality.
The website brings now a much cleaner and intelligent design adapted to mobile. This new design create an entire new experience. Room for much larger imagery and integration of much more video makes the entire site much more contemporary and in line with todays design and UX standards.
The National Lottery holds the monopoly in Belgium on organizing public lotteries and has by default a natural big audience.
Today’s traffic has an average number of 2.4 million of sessions and more than 1 million visitors each month.
